JASAD Studios has deep pasion in Kufi Art, as we have a lively interest and a feeling of excitement whenever we designed a Kufi Art, no matter drawing a Quranic verses, or writing a specially designed Kufi for persons name.
Our hearts overflowing with eager enjoyment as we arrange a schematic grid for Kufi layout. As such, we introduce SuperKhat by JASAD Studios, which focus and concentrate entirely on Kufi Art.
We offers various and assorted kufi design, ranging from Quranic verses, to specially designed for persons name with a competitive price, depending on the size, printing method and frame type.
Suaini's House Project Update | May 2, 2014
Greetings from JASAD STUDIO Team!
Alhamdulillah, our Suaini's Terrace House project has progressed nicely, and Phase 1 of our project have been completed, by having every neccessary component for design phase.
As Phase 1 of this project have been accomplished, JASAD Studio have prepared complete documentation of design process output, and have been handed to the project client, Mr. Suaini. The next steps for this project will be Phase 2, which focus entirely for Majlis Submission Drawing. Wish us good luck!

JASAD Studio + 'Jendela Sari' Update | March 10, 2014
JASAD Studio would like to inform that due to the certain causes and specific reasons, our Benut Retreat House project could no longer be continue :(
Well despair no more, as our submission for PAM - Lafarge architecture student competition 2013 in designing affordable housing entitle 'Jendela Sari' are mentioned in the exclusive magazine published by PAM and Lafarge for the competition.
Although we were unplaced for the competition, we are more than happy to see our proposal on the magazine, and it is a good experienced for our fresh design consultancy firm to be more established on the future .
BENUT Industrial Home Project | February 14, 2014
Jasad Studio Team are involved in designing a retreat house for Mr. Hakim Salleh. The site (pictured above) were located on top of peatland at Benut, Pontian, and were measured at 66'' by 132''. The owner intended the retreat house to have 'Industrial House' concept, and this project are still at the prelimenary design stages.
TAIB ANDAK House Project | January 27, 2014
Jasad Studio Team took part in designing a bungalow house at Taib Andak, Kulaijaya. The client, Mr. Suani owned two lot of land (specifically for terrace house lot) that measure 20' by 70' (pictured aboved), and planned to combine and integrate those two lots together and build a bungalow on top of it. The project are still at the initial stages, where our studios are still under process of resolving on the issues of combining two lot of land together with the Kulaijaya authorities office especially for building approval process and housing loan.
SMK Semenchu 3D Modelling | December 12, 2013
Jasad Studio Team took part in making digital 3D model of SMK Semenchu, Kota Tinggi. This 3D model will be use as cover images for front pages of all formal presentation slide for the school.
PAM-Lafarge Competition | November 29, 2013
Jasad Studio Team participated for PAM-Lafarge Architecture Competition 2013 that focussing on redefining affordable housing, and were held from 26 September 2013 to 29 November 2013.This competition are intended to encourage a new mindset around what affordable housing means across all levels, from developers to homebuyers.
Jasad Studios proposal, which entitled 'Jendela Sari' was fabricated in order to fulfill the ever expanding demand for affordable housing, by integrating traditional element with modern construction. It will cater the needs of proposing a decent high rise housing that provides security, privacy, decent living conditions and adequate space, affordable and links to a community. The competition are still on the final judging process.
